By Middlesex Icemen, 07/15/19, 9:45PM EDT

East Boston is getting a new tenant as the Northeast Generals U16 and U18 Full season teams will be playing there this upcoming season.  The Generals are an affiliate program to Lovell Hockey and the Icemen.

With their latest signing they stayed close home, signing Icemen standout Connor Stevens.

The 2003 Forward from Newton, NH joins the Generals after playing for the Middlesex Icemen in East Boston for Lovell Hockey.  There he played for Generals NA3HL Head Coach and U16 assistant Coach Darryl Locke.  Last year Stevens contributed a point per game (7 goals and 13 assists) for Locke's Icemen.

His 200 foot style and high motor brand of hockey will compliment the roster quite well.

“Really excited to welcome Connor to the Generals organization.  He is a very hard working player that plays a full 200 foot game.  His work ethic is contagious on the ice and his teammates will feed off him.  We are looking forward to Connor bringing his heavy style to the Generals and working on improving the skill part of his game.” Generals Head Coach Eric Progen
